With parts of the property around 350 years old it was important that the contractor had a good understanding of historic construction materials and methods to anticipate any major problems. A sympathathetic eye and some dynamic thinking was needed at times as some surprises were thrown up. Peter took it all in his stride and completed the job within budget and on time despite some interesting challenges as the work progressed.
